If you have a question or complaint about a purchase or repair, a door-to-door sale, debt collection practices, a mail order purchase or any business practice that affects you as a consumer, contact the Consumers' Bureau. The Consumers' Bureau also provides consumer information on topics such as home improvements sold door-to-door, mail order buying and purchasing a hearing aid.
