			Management Xentel is led by some of the most accomplished events and direct marketing professionals in the industry, supported by proven specialists in key areas.   Mike Platz Chairman and CEO Mr. Platz is Chairman and a Director of the Corporation and possesses almost 30 years experience in client development, direct marketing, sports and entertainment marketing, fund-raising and alliance building with large service organizations throughout Canada and the United States. A founding investor in Xentel, Mr. Platz has a strong history of managing and implementing direct marketing programs for a wide range of businesses, sports franchises and political parties. Mr. Platz graduated in commerce from Mohawk College, Hamilton, ON.   Peter Pielsticker Vice President - Corporate Finance Mr. Pielsticker has over 30 years senior experience in the finance and treasury areas. For the past 15 years Mr. Pielsticker has consulted to a variety of industries in an executive financial capacity in both Canada and the United States and brings to Xentel a depth of experience in financial systems and management. He is a Chartered Accountant and received an Economics degree from the University of Western Ontario.   Len Wolstenholme Director - Regulatory and Public Affairs Public and government affairs, major legal matters and corporate development initiatives are the purview of Mr. Wolstenholme, who has advised the Company in this capacity for 20 years, and possesses 25 years relevant corporate experience in the business and not-for-profit sectors. Mr. Wolstenholme has led planning and execution of several corporate finance and capital construction projects. He studied business administration at Bishop's University and at The University of Calgary.   Stan Tsui Director - Information Services Mr. Tsui has over 30 years experience in data management, operation support and system development. He has consulted and provided advice for the implementation of significant projects including call center systems and corporate computer network. Supported by a team of talented programming and technical staff, he is responsible for all corporate information systems from coast-to-coast, and for their integration with the accounting systems. Mr. Tsui received an Arts degree from the University of Calgary.   Mike Dodd Director - Communications Technology Mr. Dodd began his career in the computer industry in 1984 with The Braemore Group, and was a founding partner of CD Pubco, a pioneer in CD-ROM publishing. He is fully conversant with developments, trends and applications in telephony voice and data products, speech recognition, interactive voice response systems, predictive dialing systems and call distributors, and has a comprehensive understanding of computer telephony integration. Mr. Dodd's knowledge materially assisted the Company to develop the secure Multimedia On-line Order Network (MOONTM). The design, development, installation and support of all call center systems and telecommunications are the responsibility of Mr. Dodd, supported by a staff of top programmers and technicians. Mr. Dodd was formerly President of Xentel Interactive Inc.   Cathy Sproule Director - Event Planning and Production Ms. Sproule brings 25 years sports, entertainment and broadcast experience to the planning and production of Xentel entertainment events. She creates and produces all game and event day activities, and plans and executes all event media strategies for the Company's many tours. Educated in broadcast journalism at Mount Royal College, Ms. Sproule is highly regarded for her work as a writer and broadcaster for networks such as CTV, ABC and TSN, and for her coverage of Olympic Games, Olympians and professional sports.
