XENTEL DM Internet Deal Brings Barrage of Hits
CALGARY, ALBERTA, March 20, 2000 - Further to the agreement announced February 10, 2000, XENTEL DM Incorporated (CDNX:XDM) reports over 10,000 hits a day on its Barrage web site (www.barrage.org) since a Barrage concert aired March 16, 2000, on the Detroit, MI, PBS TV affiliate. The concert was picked up in Michigan and several other locations across North America via cable and satellite TV. Hits on the web site included on-line orders for Barrage CD's, videos, music books and posters. Barrage is the explosive fiddle band known for its high-energy fusion of Celtic and New World music. The band is currently performing at Disney's Epcot Center. XENTEL DM's creative team designed the web site and the entire Barrage image campaign for North America. The site includes Barrage information, audio clips, tour schedule, merchandise, interactive fan club and secure on-line ordering. "This is just the beginning," said XENTEL DM President, Geoff Pickering. "With more television stations airing this exciting show and Barrage being showcased by Disney and on tour, we expect to see tens of thousands more hits on this site and many more orders from Barrage fans.
