Xentel DM and Barrage sign North American Internet and merchandising deal

CALGARY, ALBERTA, February 10, 2000 - XENTEL DM Incorporated (CDNX:XDM) today announced the signing of an exclusive Internet and merchandising agreement with Barrage, the explosive Calgary-based fiddle band. Known for its high-energy fusion of world music with a Celtic theme, Barrage has received rave reviews and audience acclaim across Canada, the United States and Europe.

Under this exclusive agreement, Xentel DM will develop and operate the ecommerce-enabled official Barrage web site, www.barrage.org. The site will offer merchandise, host the interactive fan club and facilitate the distribution of Barrage music through downloading functionality. Xentel DM will also develop the Barrage image campaign for North America, beginning with logo and print materials, and a spectacular Barrage show taped for TV distribution across North America.
